Even though Multan is Pakistan’s 7th largest city and has immense historical, cultural, and economic importance, the city was lagging in terms of hosting a housing project that offered a luxurious lifestyle. All that changed with the launch of DHA, Multan, in March 2017. DHA appointed PROMAG Pvt. DHA, Multan is nestled between Bosan Road and Matital Road and is adjacent to Bahauddin Zakariya University, which is around 10 km away. Also, the Institute of Southern Punjab in Khayaban-e-Yusuf is just 2 minutes’ drive away from the proposed DHA Multan Feeder Route (FR) bus stop. As per the given map, Qadirpur Rawan Bypass is on the east side of the society, whereas the Northern Bypass is on the south. Besides, DHA, Multan, is well-connected to major road networks and prime areas of the city via Bosan Road and Matital Road. Fortunately, there are quite a few wholly developed societies in the vicinity of Defence Housing Authority Multan, positioned on the east and west side of Bosan Road.  Since these localities are already established, residents will also have easy access to their amenities and facilities. Plot owners will be required to pay the development charges for these sectors from 30th of September 2020 in two years and in eight equal installments.
