Because DHA Valley was conceived to help middle and low-income people experience a lifestyle featuring all the modern facilities within the boundary wall, the prices of plots are considerably low, as compared to other projects of DHA and Bahria Town. However, the prices are expected to increase as soon as the possession of plots begins. Investors and buyers keen on investing in the project should keep in mind that blocks near Islamabad Expressway have a comparatively higher value. The project was initiated in 2008, and up till now, the development work has been relatively slow. As of January 2019, the society had witnessed no significant developments, and only a few homes are occupied in the community.
